Was visiting Kelowna with a friend. We took a day to visit every motorcycle dealer in the Kelowna area and this was the best dealer by a long shot. This dealer was the most welcoming and friendly that we went to. Travis helped us find our ideal bikes for our riding style. Only reason I didn't leave with a new motorcycle is I am leaving for Naval training in less than a week so I will be gone for potenially the next year. I plan to return to THIS dealer to purchase my next motorcycle as it outperforms the dealers in my area by a very signifigant margin. Recommend this dealer to everyone. It is incredible. My friend and I came to Kelowna to visit family, ended up going to every motorcycle dealer in Kelowna out of curiosity. This dealer was the sixth one we came to. This dealership welcomed us instantly and showed us around their showroom despite us being out of towners, as well as quite young (AKA not much money), and on sportbikes. Travis helped us out and introduced me to what I now know as my dream bike. We have never had a dealer experience like this. Would highly recommend this dealer to anybody in the Kelowna area. I made my first Indian motorcycle with M and M during March of 2021. Recently, I upgrade my Indian and purchased a Sportsman ATV with a plow. Kyle and Nick were great to work with Kyle really went the distance to make sure I had the right bike and ATV for my needs. My experience with the parts and service departments have also been really good

I purchased a 2021 Indian Challenger in July. They did not have the colour I wanted and phoned around and found one in Saskatoon. The bike arrived the next week. Thanks to Travis and Kyle for all the effort put into locating the bike for me. Top notch service from the entire staff and M and M Performance. They are great to deal with and make every effort to make things work. I highly recommend them.

I flew from Vancouver Island to buy a used motorcycle from a local person and the bike came with two new tires as part of the deal. I came to your shop and inquired if you could install the new tires same day so I could ride safely home to the Island, the service and parts people were fantastic and said the would install them right away, couple hours later and I was on the road.Cheers and thanks for the great service,

I needed a part for my bike and apparently a bulletin had been sent out to Owners. I had a terrible purchasing experience at the Dealership where I purchased my bike and never got any notification from them. I contacted M&M took my bike there, and they took pictures of mileage etc and contacted Polaris and despite my warranty being over, Nick was able to get this work covered. I took my bike for the work and was treated extremely well and when it looked like the work was going to take much longer than they thought I was provided with transportation so I could do other things. I highly recommend M&M for what I consider exceptional customer service and sincerely thank them for their efforts on my behalf.

Owen in sales was absolutely great to deal with. Really appreciate all the time he spent with us answering questions and going over the unit. Everyone there seem very friendly. Its been a great experience so far

This is my 3rd Purchase from Kyle and Nick. I have two 850 Sportsmans I purchased from them in 2015 and a 800 174LE in 2017 and now the 165 Khaos yesterday. M&M has a great team. I was looked after from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend M&M Performance.

I don't really take the time out of my day to write reviews, but WOW these guys are truly amazing and also is going to make a young kid's Christmas truly special. Hmmm where do I start Dave in financing fast and also kept in contact and was on the ball within 30 minutes, they also delivered the quad washed the cleaned, with the paper work ready to go a few days later. Unbelievable service above and beyond words cant describe is which I purchased from them instead of other dealers thanks again guys looking forward to my next purchase from you.

My first motorcycle from M&Ms was a Honda Shadow Aero and I loved the bike!! I was fresh off the KDSC safety course, took it in 2009, and my ride was perfect for me and my skill level, even when my skills became better that bike rocked!! My second purchase was a 2011 Victory Kingpin, which I had custom painted by Rick Evans! I could NOT be any HAPPIER with this new bike, it totally rocks!! This was the first time I had been to M&M and they are awsome. I walked in just looking and the whole staff treated me like gold and I ended up buying a new quad and whole bunch of accessories. I have been to lots of shops and they are by far the best. There main concern was making sure I was looked after and happy. They also have a great selection of accessoires in stock.

(If she loved it any more, she'd take it to bed with her, and keep me in the garage!) Dave gave us an awesome deal on both bikes, and although we paid cash, he offered us excellent in-house financing at very attractive rates. Dennis at parts desk was very helpful and Larry at the service desk was very friendly. I had a recall item on my Victory motorcycle that needed attention and they were able to quickly get me in and on the road. I had came in on wet roads and my windshield was a mess, they wiped down the bike and cleaned the windshield. Thanks for the excellent service.
